1. Eligibility & Account Registration

1.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account and use any service offered by ht777. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. ht777 reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time and to suspend any account where the age requirement cannot be confirmed. Any winnings accrued by an underage player will be forfeited and any deposits returned subject to verification.

1.2 Jurisdiction

It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using ht777 is lawful in your jurisdiction. ht777 does not provide legal advice regarding the legality of online gambling in any specific territory. 1.3 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one account on ht777. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of balances. This restriction applies regardless of the device, IP address, or payment method used.

1.4 Registration Accuracy

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering on ht777. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.

2. Account Responsibilities

You must not share your login details with any third party. ht777 will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain credential security. You are responsible for all activity conducted through your ht777 account, whether authorised by you or not, unless and until you report a security concern to ht777 and we confirm receipt. ht777 reserves the right to close or suspend any account at its discretion, particularly where account activity appears inconsistent, suspicious, or in breach of these Terms.

3. Deposits & Withdrawals

3.1 Deposit Methods

ht777 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah. All transactions are conducted in PKR. ht777 does not accept deposits from payment methods belonging to third parties. You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name.

3.2 Minimum Deposits

Minimum deposit amounts may vary by payment method and are displayed within the cashier section of your ht777 account at the time of transaction. ht777 reserves the right to amend minimum deposit thresholds without prior notice.

3.3 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same payment method used for deposit wherever technically possible. ht777 may require identity verification (KYC) before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method; mobile wallet withdrawals (JazzCash, Easypaisa) are typically processed within hours. Bank transfers may take additional processing time depending on the receiving institution.

3.4 Withdrawal Restrictions

ht777 reserves the right to delay or decline withdrawal requests where: (a) account verification is incomplete; (b) there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity; (c) bonus wagering requirements have not been satisfied; or (d) the account is under investigation. ht777 will communicate the reason for any withdrawal delay promptly.

4. Bonuses & Promotions

ht777 may offer bonuses, free spins, and promotional credits to players at its discretion. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions communicated at the time of the offer. General bonus terms applicable to all ht777 promotions are as follows:

• Bonuses are credited to your ht777 account in PKR and are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn as cash.
• Wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, and expiry periods will be specified in the promotion terms. Where not specified, a default wagering requirement of 30x applies to the bonus amount.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash without completing the applicable wagering requirements.
• ht777 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, amend promotion terms, or cancel bonuses if it suspects the offer is being abused or manipulated.
• Only one bonus may be active at any given time unless ht777 explicitly states otherwise in the promotion terms.

5. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on ht777 are final once confirmed. ht777 does not accept responsibility for bets placed in error by the player. Odds, lines, and game parameters are set by ht777 and its game providers. Where an error in odds or game parameters has occurred (including but not limited to manifest errors, software faults, or pricing errors), ht777 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes.

For sports betting markets — including PSL cricket, T20 internationals, Test matches, and other sports events — results are determined by official match outcomes as recognised by the relevant governing body. Abandoned or cancelled events are treated according to the specific rules outlined in the ht777 sportsbook help section.

For casino games, the random number generators (RNG) used by ht777 and its certified game providers determine all outcomes. These systems are independently tested and certified. ht777 does not manipulate game outcomes under any circumstances.

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ht777 and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances:

• Opening or operating more than one account on the platform
• Providing false or misleading registration information
• Using funds derived from illegal sources or engaging in money laundering through ht777
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities for financial gain

• Sharing account access with or allowing third parties to bet on your behalf

7. Responsible Gaming

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts in PKR.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Set reminders or hard limits on continuous play duration.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or long-term exclude yourself from all ht777 services. Self-exclusion is processed immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on ht777, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, and visual design elements, is the intellectual property of ht777 or its licensed third-party content providers. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any ht777 content without explicit prior written consent from ht777. Unauthorised use of ht777's intellectual property is prohibited and may result in legal action.

10. Limitation of Liability

ht777 provides the platform on an "as is" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure continuous availability, we do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical issues at all times. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ht777 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of data, revenue, profits, or business opportunities arising from platform downtime or technical errors
• Losses resulting from your reliance on information published on ht777
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party banking or payment institutions
• Unauthorised account access resulting from player negligence in securing credentials

In all cases, ht777's total liability to you shall not exceed the amount deposited to your account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Account Suspension & Termination

ht777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any player account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that these Terms have been violated. In cases of confirmed Terms violation, ht777 may forfeit any account balance. Where account closure is initiated by ht777 without cause on the player's part, any confirmed real-money balance (excluding uncleared bonuses) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting ht777 support at [email protected]. Withdrawal of any remaining balance must be completed before account closure is finalised.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction under which ht777 holds its operating licence. In the event of a dispute, you agree to first contact ht777 support at [email protected] to seek a resolution through the platform's internal complaints process. ht777 aims to respond to all formal complaints within 5 business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process, it may be escalated to the relevant licensing authority or independent dispute resolution body as specified by ht777's operating licence. ht777 does not accept dispute resolution through chargebacks or payment reversals as a first step — players must exhaust the internal complaints process before initiating any payment reversal.

12.1 Amendments to These Terms

ht777 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to players via the email address registered on their account or through a notice published on the ht777 platform. Continued use of ht777 following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
